Error 80028ED6 when trying to connect to PSN

Hello good day.

Since yesterday it is impossible for me to play online from my psvita or my ps3.

My account seems to me like logged in both machines but when trying to synchronize trophies, play online, or get into the store does not leave me.

Are the servers down, in maintenance or something similar? because I think it's too long.

 If so, small dates to get maintenance, just when people are on vacation and have time to play.

I think I have given only the solution.

It's a problem with the dns. I have configured so far in all my devices google dns

8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

For some reason that I do not know about these servers, all the relative to psn has disappeared.

Well summarizing that if I change the dns in the ps3 and the vita they reconnect without problems to psn, and if I do the same in my pc I return to see the web.
