To start, you have to go to the main screen of your system, or directly to the application menu that it has, and from there you have to look for the option of "Settings", which you can identify by its nut or gear icon.

As you will see you will appear in a panel of options, in it, you have to go down to look for the "Network" section, and there you have to enter the first option that has the name of "SIM cards and mobile networks".

As you can see, you will enter a section where each and every one of the SIM configurations of the mobile phone can be found. There, you have to go to the "Settings" section and verify that the data is activated in the "Activated data" box.
