Its purpose is to help people who are intimidated or threatened by a group they do not want to be part of.
As soon as a user leaves a group twice , the administrator or administrators of that group will no longer be able to add it again. They will see a message like this that will prevent it.
How to include that user in the group?
Sometimes, the user has left that group accidentally, joking or by an outburst and soon regrets having done it. In that case, you should ask the group administrator to add it again and you will not have a problem if you have done it only once. But since he has left twice and still wants to enter, he will run into a problem.
The administrator will be blocked the possibility of doing so, something that did not happen until these latest versions of the application. But there is the possibility of saving this situation, provided that the party agrees to be included again in the group.
Leaving 48 hours
We can allow a time of two days to elapse and the system will allow the administrator to add that user again.
If it comes back out twice, it will block the possibility again. I do not know if the time frame for the unlocking now increases or stays on both days again. It is possible that the terms are extended more and more if you insist on adding someone who does not really want to reduce the harassment, but I have not come to check it.

If someone wants to join a group and the system does not leave you for this reason, you just have to ask an administrator to send you the link to join. You can even send it via Whatsapp through a private chat.
The administrator only has to enter the group information and use the Invite function through the link .
You can then send it to that contact by any means, such as an email or any messenger service. But the most comfortable thing is that you use your own Whatsapp with a private message.
When the user receives the link, he only has to press it to follow it and then accept the incorporation.
We see how in this way a contact can be exited as many times as it wants, after which it can enter again without any problem and without waiting for any period of time.
