WhatsApp allows you to configure a personal photo that identifies us from other users. We can establish any image as a main photo, cut it out and adapt it to our liking so that it is the best possible for when users consult our profile or we are listed in the contact list of the device's calendar.
Putting a main photo is one of the tasks that users first carry out when they create their WhatsApp account, however, there may be times when we need to change this photo or that just at the time of creation of the account we can not configure it and we have to do it later on at another time.
We can change the main WhatsApp photo easily at any time. For this we will open the WhatsApp menu and select the "Settings" option to enter this menu,
We will see the window with the different settings options.
To access the option to change our profile picture we must select "Profile". A window similar to the following will open.
Here we will see our main photograph. Just click on it to open the gallery of our device and select a new photo. We can also take a new picture at the same time with the camera of our device.
In the lower part we can also change our username. This user name will identify us in the agendas of other users if they have several identical numbers or configure WhatsApp to show the user name of the contacts instead of the name they have stored in the phone book of their devices.
Finally, if we click on the icon of the arrows on the top right we can see our full size photo on our device in the same way as other users who access our profile will see it.
