How to fix psn error np-40833-8?

This error started to come out yesterday when I try to log in and when I restart the connection I get an error in the services section of psn and I already asked my internet provider to release the recommended ports and now when I get back to communicate with the Technical service tell me it is the firewall when I never had problems with that someone knows some way to solve this. Cannot connect to the server.

Try these steps:

1. Restart the PS4.
2. Restart your router.
3. Contact your Internet service provider to check the status of your Internet connection.
4. Reset the router, select [Settings] > [Network] > [Set Up Internet Connection], and then connect to the router again. For details, refer to the instructions supplied with the router.
5. Update the router firmware to the latest version. For details, refer to the instructions supplied with the router.
6. Select [Settings] > [Network] > [Test Internet Connection], and then check your Internet connection status.
7. A firewall or other security measure might be preventing you from connecting to the network. Make sure your network devices do not block the following port numbers:

• TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480
• UDP: 3478, 3479

1. If you cannot connect to a service outside of PlayStation™Network, check the status of that service.

I thought the same thing happened to me last week and it took me about 4 days without being able to play, I could use the internet browser of the console, for which the internet had, but I could not log in to the PSN ...
