1. How to reset Honor View 20 from the menu
To return your Honor 10 Lite to the factory settings from the terminal menu, the steps you will have to follow are the ones you will read below:
Step 1
Click on the "Settings" icon found in the main Apps screen.
Step 2
Now you must scroll to the "System" option and you must access it to continue.
Step 3
Among the available options, you will see the "Reset". Press here.
Step 4
You will see that three options appear. In this case you must select "Reset the phone"
Step 5
Now, press the button that you will see at the bottom of the screen that says "Reset".
Step 6
You will have to press again the button "Reset" that now you will see in red color to confirm and ready. Now you will return your Honor 10 Lite to its factory settings.
2. How to reset Honor View 20 without unlock code
In case you want to reset the terminal from the outside since it does not respond from inside or because you do not remember the unlock code, you must perform the steps that are detailed below.
Hard Reset Honor View 20
- The first thing you should do is turn off the Honor View 20
- Simultaneously press the "Power" + "Volume up" buttons.
- Release the "Power" button when the Honor logo appears.
- Now you will see a new screen in which you must select "Delete data / restore factory values". Use the Power button to Accept.
- The next thing you have to do is write the word "Yes" and select "Delete data / restore factory settings" again.
- Again you must select "Delete data / restore factory values".
- Finally, restart the device and you will have finished.
Finally you will see how this process appears on the screen. You must wait for it to finish to restart the phone. Once the process is finished, you will see how the phone is as if it had just left the factory.
Note
In the event that the phone is associated with an email account you must know the password of this, or the pattern of unlocking the device to be able to reconfigure it once it has been reset.
This way you will be able to erase and reset your Honor View 20 to its factory settings, so that it is completely clean.
