Thanks to the great technological advances, society always keeps nourished by a lot of information; either by means of the so-called social networks (among which we can mention Facebook or Twitter ) or by the continuous means available to be connected to the Internet and therefore be able to obtain information at any time. This generates big changes when it comes to data management.
In electronic devices such as the Xiaomi Redmi S2 we can find out when we get some data or information from an App that we have previously downloaded to the terminal thanks to a small colored light called "LED" . And, although it is a very useful resource when we have to have our terminal in silence, it may be that you belong to that small part of the users who are uncomfortable that that light keeps blinking.
This small device integrated in the Xiaomi Redmi S2, is responsible for keeping the user informed (without the need to unlock the screen) when you receive any notification of one of your applications installed on the device .
This (depending on the model) will have a different color depending on the application that is emitting the notification (some models do not bring it). Beyond this, it is totally irrelevant to the phone (besides notifying when the phone is charging). It is for this reason that TechnoWikis this time makes available this tutorial with video where you can also execute the steps to achieve disable the notification LED of the Android Xiaomi Redmi S2.
For this you have to follow the steps you will see and read below:

Step 1
To start we must go to the main screen of the phone Xiaomi Redmi S2. Once in it we can access an application with the name of "Settings", in which a wheel or gear appears on its icon.
Step 2
We will access a menu with several sections to choose from. We will look for the one that says "Additional adjustments" (its icon is 3 blue suspension points) and we will enter by clicking on it.
Step 3
Next we will have to slide down the screen to get a configuration that is under the name of "LED Notifications". Once found we will access it by clicking on this option.
Step 4
Already here we can see that there are 2 interesting settings, we will select the one that says "Blinking light" and change the status of the blinking LED by deactivating the option.
Now we just need to verify the change. This is quite simple because it is enough to ask someone you know write a message for us and send it in the next 3 minutes. If the message arrives and the LED does not light, it means that the operation was successful.
It is very easy and quick to deactivate or remove the LED light of the Xiaomi Redmi S2 phone, we only have to do each of the steps indicated above in the tutorial and video and you will have completed the process successfully.
