In the first place we are going to add the classic emergency contact, it is the one we keep in the mobile phone book and its name appears in the first place, so it always has the prefix "AA" . In case of emergency, the contact "AA" is the easy resource , although many people do not know it.

This prefix "AA" means "Warn A ..." and it is convenient to have it in our agenda associated with a number of a family member. Smartphones even offer options to display this number in the lock screen, in some we find this option in " Settings> Security> Owner information" while in other devices this option is in the screen lock settings.

The second step would be to install an application that allows us a quick access to send emergency messages. The application should preferably send these emergency messages without needing to unlock screen.

An example of application available in Play Store that can serve us perfectly is "SOS Stay Safe!" . This app in its free version , allows to send two SMS or email to emergency contacts. Its operation is as simple as pressing the on / off button three times in a row and messages are sent automatically.

Following these simple tips, can make a difference as big as life or death , so remember the old saying "prevention is better than cure . "
