Whether out of curiosity or for technical reasons, it is sometimes necessary to know all the technical characteristics of our smartpohnes and tablets. These features are usually published by manufacturers in their web pages, although often they do not usually give too many details about them, sometimes being a very global information within all the features that could be published on smartphones.
There are applications that give us a much more detailed information on all the components of our smartphone. One of the best known is AIDA64, very used especially in computer systems to be able to know even the smallest detail of each of the components that make up our computer. Aida64 also has a version for Android mobile devices specially designed to know all the possible information about the components that make up our smartphone.
We can download AIDA64 completely free from the Play Store . Once installed on our smartphone, we execute it and we will see a window similar to the following one.
In this first window we can see a menu with all the sections that form it. Next we will explain what information shows each one of these sections.
System
In this section we will be able to see general information about our device, for example, name, model, manufacturer, operating system version, ram memory and internal memory.
CPU
Within this section we will find all the information regarding the processor, for example, the type, the model, the architecture, the cores, the speed, the load of this in real time, etc.
Display
Here we will be able to obtain information about the screen and the graphic processor. We can know the resolution of our screen, size, inches and density. We can also know the graphic core of our device, as well as the frequency of the GPU.
Network
From this section we will be able to see all the wireless connections of our device. We will be able to obtain information about our mobile network operator and about Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections if they are enabled at that moment.
Battery
In the section "Battery" we can see a summary about the status of this, as well as temperature, its charge, its health and the capacity of it, useful to detect possible battery problems that may damage our device.
Android
Leaving aside the hardware, this section allows us to know all the data referring to our operating system, for example, the version of Android used, the level of API, the virtual machine configured, etc.
Devices
In this section we will be able to know information about the different "components" that are part of our phone, for example, the rear camera, front camera and USB connection controllers.
Thermal
This section collects all the temperature sensors installed in our device that control that our smartphone or tablet does not suffer damages due to problems on a high temperature.
Sensor
Finally, this section will show information about all the sensors of our device, for example, the accelerometer, the magnetic sensor (compass), proximity sensor, light sensor, gyroscope, barometer, gravity sensor, etc.
From here we can also see the information that these sensors are returning in real time on our device, useful to know at all times if these sensors work correctly or may have some problems.
The rest of the sections (Apps, Codecs, Directories and System Files) show us information about the applications and internal components installed in our Android operating system. As we can see, a complete free and ad-free tool with which to know even the smallest detail of our device, both at the software and hardware level.
