Announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 with Quick Charge 4.0 and more.

Qualcomm continues with the development of new technologies to improve the experience when loading the device. The new Charge 4.0 represents an increase of 20% in the loading speed compared to the previous technology (Quick Charge 3.0) . Other advantages are a decrease of 5 degrees Celsius during loading .

When using the 10 nm allows to achieve an efficiency 30% higher. They also get 27% more performance , while reducing consumption by 40% . The numbers point to some great features, but we will have to wait until 2017 to see this new processor in action. All the improvements, according to the source, are numbers obtained by comparing them with the performances of the current Snapdragon 821.

Interestingly, they emphasize that the new Quick Charge 4.0 technology is safer, as well as faster. We all imagine that it may be the consequence of the disastrous launch of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 .

Another new technology that introduces Quick Charge 4.0 is USB Power Delivery, which allows the processor and charger to establish a communication to negotiate the exchange of energy according to parameters such as temperature or load level. At the same time, it allows permanent monitoring of these parameters to avoid possible overheating and its consequences.
