It seems that Ketchapp is one of the first studies that has been released to take advantage of the pull of the absence of Super Mario Run on Android, creating a game similar to what they have dubbed Jumpy .
From the beginning it must be clear that it is a "cheap" alternative, because from the beginning of the game we realize that the experience is not even close to enjoying a game of Super Mario . In spite of this it can be an interesting proposal for those who want to entertain themselves in their spare time.
Personally I have been losing interest in the games launched by the Ketchapp studios, as I see them as opportunists and without originality . Despite this, their games always arouse the interest of casual players and some of them have even become viral.
After installing Jumpy directly from Play Store we see that everything is in line with the usual, a simple game without spirit or argument, just an attempt to entertain while we do not have Super Mario Run on Android.
When executing it, it tries to strain us the installation of another game in the form of intrusive advertising. We see that Jumpy integrates with Google Play Games and gives us the ability to remove ads.
The graphic section seems extracted from the game Crossy Road giving a pixelated appearance at the same time that it is combined with the three dimensions. The operation is as simple as pressing the screen to jump and depending on the duration of the pulse will jump higher or lower. In an attempt to get closer to the universe of Super Mario includes coins that we can collect along our way, mobile platforms, enemies that will try to stop our progress and various obstacles.
In summary, Jumpy is fine to entertain a while in a timely manner, but from my point of view is not a game that stays installed on my smartphone.
