Why eliminate negative feedback is important? If your vendor's performance on Amazon goes down, your products will go down in rank. You could also revoke seller privileges or suspend the account. I've seen it happen

You do not want that to happen to you. Being able to sell on Amazon is a great opportunity!

I have a super easy way to get rid of around 70% of all negative comments from customers. It is absolutely incredible and I am very grateful, because my assistant really discovered it. It is a totally legitimate and fair way to eliminate negative comments.

One of the three performance categories on Amazon is The defective order rate. What we want is to maintain an ideal below 1%.

The defect rate of the order is affected by three things:

1. Requests for counter charge. A buyer can dispute a purchase loaded on his credit card with his bank. It can affect you negatively unless you can prove your side of the case.

2. Guarantee claims AZ. A buyer can make a claim that something in the order is wrong and that he should recover his money or a replacement product.

3. Negative feedback. If someone bought me a product and they did not like the way I handled the order or the way I communicated, they could give me a negative opinion about my account. Feedback is scored on a scale of 1-5. 4 and 5 are considered positive, 3 is completely neutral, while 1 and 2 are negative.

What do you do if, suddenly, you start receiving negative comments? Many times, comments are related to something you can not control, but are still connected to your account. There is a way to fix this.

First, go to "Performance", then to "Comments". You can see here. I have a 3-star feedback that I want to get rid of.

 If someone gave you negative comments, but it has to do with dissatisfaction with the product and not with their performance as a seller, Amazon will eliminate it. Many buyers get confused and give negative comments to the seller when in reality it should be a review of the product. Therefore, 70% of negative comments will be confused with negative comments from customers because they did not like the product. Amazon likes to keep the seller's comments and product reviews separate, so they will remove it for you.

First, copy the order number in the comments of the comment nothing pleasant. Then, go to the upper right corner and click "Help", then "Contact Us" at the bottom of the Help box that appears.

 The fastest way to solve this is to chat with someone. You have to be a professional seller to be able to have chat support, but if you are an individual seller, you are likely to get the same results by email, it just takes more time.

The best way to get help to chat quickly is by clicking on "Sell on Amazon", then "Your account" and then "Other account problems". Other options will only take you to an article and they will waste your time. Now you can press "Chat now".

Here is the message I use to deal with negative comments:

Hi, I hope your day goes well.

I received negative comments that had nothing to do with my performance as a salesperson in the order number [order number here].  Could you look at this and see if it can be eliminated?

This is the quickest and easiest way to eliminate negative comments. Remember to be kind, nice and professional. These people have to sit around all day answering tons of chat questions. It is worth being respectful and putting them in a good mood, and also increases your chances of being victorious.

Say something encouraging Do not be an idiot. Do not say "Do this." I've seen some of us do that. I say that if you do not have the courage to say that on your face, do not say it through the chat. That is a real person at the other extreme, so treat them with respect. Not only will you feel better because you are talking about life in your day, the possibilities of getting what you want faster and the way you need are much higher.

After they remove it, if they do, be sure to thank them. It will take you 3 to 4 minutes to receive technical assistance and get negative comments deleted. If your opinion is solid, it will help the defect rate of your order, and if the defect rate of your order is low, your products will have a better classification. It's worth your time; do whatever it takes to keep your account in stellar performance. Your sales will be better, your life will be better. Have a great day.
