Hello everyone,
I acquired an S7 EDGE in December of 2016 and in February of 2017 the screen suddenly started flashing green turned off. I took it to the Vodafone store where I bought it and a week later I had another one.
The problem is that on February 11, 2018, the cell phone is doing the same thing to me, and the one in the store tells me to take it, because since it is in warranty, they repair it or change it for another.
The issue is that when the warranty is over ... what happens? I have to pay my reparation?
In other words, they sell me a cell phone with serial defect, I pay a high sum of money, so that after two years I have to pay a repair that can easily be at 300 euros or I have to buy another ... THIS IS ONE SHAME AND A SCAM!
I make the effort and I spend the money in a mobile phone with guarantees, not with known series failures.
I agree that a problem derived from a misuse or a blow, I am responsible for that, but if we are talking about a manufacturing fault, even after two years of warranty, it is the MANUFACTURER'S LIABILITY and obligation to cover those expenses.
And if they can not, remove the model, the series or whatever, but do not sell us mobiles that you already know are defective. In addition, the phones that give us "to repair" those we carry, are in turn mobile repaired, which is not surprising that the chain of problems, failures, errors ... never cease!
I'm super dissatisfied, angry and I'm not satisfied with what they tell me. If they do not give a solution, I will have to take the legal measures that are appropriate.
