If there is a device that reaches a size not suitable for all pockets (we are talking about size, not price) , that is the Xiaomi Mi Max with its screen of 6.44 inches , thus becoming a phablet of the largest. From Xiaomi have announced official release date of a renewed version that will hit the market with the name of Xiaomi Mi Max Prime .

In the Xiaomi event, it was initially presented as a launch for India with availability starting on October 17 , but it is expected that it will soon reach the rest of the countries. In this Prime version of the Xiaomi Mi Max , it has been endowed with more power and better technical specifications, so the price also rises slightly compared to the conventional version.

Technical specifications of the Xiaomi Mi Max Prime, the most powerful phablet of Xiaomi.

The metallic body and the external appearance are maintained, but inside it we find improvements in the processor, greater internal storage and more RAM . The technical specifications of the Xiaomi Mi Max Prime are as follows:

• IPS LCD screen of 6.44 inches Full HD , 342 ppi with a maximum resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels.
• The processor is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 8-core , which is a more powerful and current processor than the Snapdragon 650 that leads in the other versions.
• The internal storage of the Prime version is 128GB and can be increased by microsSD card. As usual in Xiaomi, they provide a Dual Sim port in which a second SIM card or microSD card can be inserted.
• The 16MP camera from previous versions is maintained.
• The RAM memory is increased up to 4GB .
• Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with the MIUI 7 customization layer.
• Battery with a capacity of 4850 mAh .

The starting price in the country of origin is about € 270 at exchange , with the price in Europe of the basic version between € 190 and € 200. The price is increased a little, but the fans of the phablets have a model with more current processor that surely makes them opt for the Xiaomi Mi Max Prime .
