Throughout our life as Android users there is a moment when curiosity arises to know what is happening on our phone and what applications are the most resources are consuming. That we ask ourselves this question is not bad, because it can lead us to optimize our Android device and improve its performance and autonomy . To help us with these monitoring tasks, the SystemPanel application is one of the most recommended, but now it comes to the Play Store SystemPanel 2, a new version in the form of an open beta .

I'll make it clear from the beginning, this application I like because it does not include any button that promises to optimize our device , is limited to do your task is to monitor efficiently. SystemPanel 2 is a free application, although it contains ads in the interface that we can eliminate with a payment of € 2.29.

The open beta of SystemPanel 2 comes to the Play Store.

The most striking change compared to the previous versions of SystemPanel is in its new interface that meets the design criteria Material Design , so not only is it prettier, but also the elements are more accessible.

The functionality of SystemPanel 2 could be divided into five sections:

  • Overview: Overview of the monitoring data such as network usage, memory usage, data usage, installed applications or device information.
  • Monitoring in real time (Live): in this section we can see in real time the running processes and their CPU consumption. It also includes a second tab where we access the global data of available RAM, available storage, WiFi signal strength, battery temperature, processor usage, etc.
  • History (History): a file where we can consult graphically the usage statistics of our device and thus check which activities are those that need more resources and consequently consume more battery.
  • Applications: it shows us information about installed applications, running processes and even organizes the apps according to the permissions they need.
  • Device information: this section shows all the information of our device.
