First of all I have to warn you that this app stands out for the large amount of meteorological data that it offers, it can saturate us with so much information. Luckily they have been able to distribute this huge amount of data in different sections. We can say that the interface helps to navigate through all the information in a simple and intuitive way .
After the installation of the app , we check that it is completely free , although it shows a small advertising banner at the bottom. You can eliminate advertising by buying the Pro version that has a price of € 4.59, which I admit is too expensive .
Starting the Weather Forecast app and first steps.
After running the app for the first time, we are shown a unit configuration screen. We all know that in many countries it is not customary to use the units and magnitudes of the international system, so this configuration will make things easier for us.
The app will request permission to access our location and thus show us the time of our location. In any case, we can manually add different locations and then view the forecast of each one by sliding between screens.
On the time screen we can see the following data:
- The current day's weather , which includes temperature, rain probability, wind speed and cloud percentage. These data are expandable by clicking on the icon in the form of four arrows and we can see other interesting data such as the moon phase, wind direction, pressure, ultraviolet index, humidity, time of sunset, sunrise time, etc.
- The forecast of the next day's weather. As in the previous section, we can expand the information by clicking on the icon with four diagonal arrows.
- The evolution of the time of the current day hour by hour. We can check the hours of light, the probability of rain throughout the day and the evolution of the temperature.
- In a last section we show the forecast of seven days .

In case all the above seems little, we can consult additional data if we access the menu of the application. First of all, we can manage the notifications, so that they give us a meteorological summary when we get up. Very useful to know if we have to wrap up or if we take the umbrella to go to work.
The most interesting option is the one called "Radar" that redirects us to a map of the Windy.com service where we can consult different layers with weather data in real time.
