How to block calls from "withheld, private, unavailable, restricted" that do not show phone number?

I have a moto g6 plus and I installed the "Mr. Number" app., how do I block calls that do not show the callers number? Did I install the wrong app.? If so please tell me which app to install and/or how to accomplish what I seek to accomplish. Thank you. Dave K.
