Depending on the manufacturers, the Android shutdown menu usually comes by default with the option to turn off and, rarely, we can see an entry to make a reboot. Similarly, cooked roms also usually come with some additional entries (fast restart, direct restart to recovery, etc), although in many cases we do not want to change rom to enjoy these features.

Thanks to an Xposed module it is possible to manage the entries of the system's shutdown menu in any rom and Android version, add new options and hide some of the existing ones so that working with our device is much easier and more comfortable, or simply to that we have the menus adapted to our liking.

The first thing we must do is make sure that we have installed and activated Xposed Installer in our device, since the module that allows us to make these configurations belongs to that tool. To use it we must also have root permissions in the system, although this is also necessary to be able to install and activate Xposed Installer.

Once installed and activated we open the application and access the "Download" section.

The next window will open.

Here we will see an entry called "Advanced Power Menu". This is the module that will allow us to configure the system's shutdown menu entries. Click on it and install the latest version of the module.

Once the installation is finished, we will open the "Modules" section and activate the entry of our new program.

Once activated, as with other programs, we must restart the device so that this module is completely activated and we can start using it.

Once the device is restarted, we can start using the application. For this we will execute it and we will see a window similar to the following one.

As we can see, we have several configuration options, for example, an anirrobo that prevents the device from restarting while it is still blocked or to change the theme of icons.

To change the entries of this menu we must look for the section "Modify elements of the Power menu" and click on it. We will see the next window.

From here we can add the entries that we want and remove the ones that we do not want to be displayed. Once configured to our liking, we will restart the device so that the configuration is activated and we can enjoy it without problems.
